By placing an order through www.solnix.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Shipping & Returns Policy. Please review them before completing your purchase.
Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and acceptance by SOLNIX. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
Pricing & Payment
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. Errors may occasionally occur. SOLNIX reserves the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders when legally permitted. Customers will be notified of any cancellation and refunded as required.
Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorized to use their selected payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates, eligibility for free shipping, oversized-item exclusions, and estimated fulfillment times are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, customers will be offered the applicable delay or cancellation options required by law.
Returns & Exchanges
SOLNIX maintains a strict return policy for standard, non-defective merchandise.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery or in-store purchase.
- All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by SOLNIX.
- Approved merchandise must be physically received by SOLNIX within 45 calendar days of the original delivery or purchase date.
- Merchandise must be unused, unmodified, and in original, resalable condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Clearance merchandise and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Return requests submitted within the 30-day period remain timely while awaiting a response from SOLNIX. Return eligibility is subject to inspection and the conditions of our full policy.
No restocking fees apply. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. Original shipping charges paid by customers are nonrefundable for ordinary voluntary returns.

Product Warranties & Defects
Manufacturer warranties vary by product and brand. Customers experiencing product defects should contact SOLNIX for assistance with available warranty or other remedies.
Damage, defects, incorrect shipments, and other issues involving legally protected consumer rights are handled separately from ordinary returns. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Customer Accounts & Website Use
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized account access, misuse of the website, or activity that interferes with store operations may result in suspension of access or cancellation of orders where permitted by law.
Website Content & Intellectual Property
Website content, including original text, graphics, logos, and images owned by SOLNIX, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. Product trademarks and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability & Applicable Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOLNIX is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website interruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Dispute Resolution
If you experience a problem with an order or our services, please contact SOLNIX so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. This does not restrict your right to seek any remedy available under applicable law.
Privacy
Customer information is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment information may be shared with authorized payment processors as necessary to complete transactions.
Changes to These Terms
SOLNIX may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights applicable to purchases made under earlier terms.
