Returns & Refunds

We understand that not everything in life is perfect and SOLNIX is happy to accept returns within 30 days of the customer receiving their order. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. *Returns made after 30 days are subject to 25% restocking fee*

Return in person: 

        • Returns can be dropped off in person anytime Monday through Saturday from 9am until 7pm.

 

We do not accept items for return if they have been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements. Please call us at (509)413-2479 for warranty details.

 


 

Exchanges:

 

If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund as outlined above and place a new order. Placing a new order will expedite the arrival of your new item, and help to ensure it does not go out of stock. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Refund Payment:

 

Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. We will refund your original form of payment. Your payment will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise.
