Shipping & In-Store pickup

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

Free Shipping on orders over $49 to Continental US (excludes oversized items ex. Bikes, wake-surf boards).

If you are outside the Continental US please call (509)325-1620 to discuss shipping options.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and will be shipped out within 2 business days.

In-Store pick-up is available for free and we offer curbside pick-up during normal business hours.

Returns

We understand that not everything in life is perfect and SOLNIX is happy to accept returns within 30 days of the customer receiving their order. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. 

 

Restocking Fees:

Any return made after 30 days will incur a restocking fee of 10-15%.

All Ski & Snowboard Boot returns will incur a $30 restocking fee.  

Bicycles will incur a restocking fee of 10% regardless of reason for return.

Return in person: 

        • Returns can be dropped off in person anytime Monday through Sunday from 9am until 7pm.

 

We do not accept items for return if they have been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements. All shipping cost paid for by the consumer is non refundable. Please call us at (509)325-1620 for warranty details.

 


 

Exchanges:

If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund as outlined above and place a new order. Placing a new order will expedite the arrival of your new item, and help to ensure it does not go out of stock. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Refund Payment:

Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive your shipment. We will refund your original form of payment. Please contact your bank or financial institution for refund deposit information.
