After years of adrenaline-fueled adventures and unforgettable memories under the banner of our previous name, we've decided it's time to embark on a new journey with a fresh identity. Allow us to introduce you to Solnix.
The decision to rebrand wasn't in our plans, but we want to be transparent with you about the reasons behind this change. Despite holding the trademark we faced a legal challenge from a larger corporation who was unwilling to negotiate an amiable resolution. Unfortunately, after months of navigating this legal maze, it proved to be financially and logistically challenging for a company of our size. As is so often the case, those with the larger wallet win the legal battle...we are no exception and are now forced to change our name and brand. Rather than allowing this to deter our spirit, we saw it as an opportunity to evolve and emerge stronger.
Solnix is an evolution of our past and encompasses our future. Solnix embodies the same core values and principles that have defined us from the beginning: a passion for adventure, a commitment to innovation, and above all, a deep appreciation for our community. The name "Solnix" combines elements of "Sol," meaning "sun" and "Nix" meaning “snow” in Latin, symbolizing the diverse experiences and landscapes that inspire and motivate us.
With this new direction and brand identity, our dedication to providing you with top-notch products and experiences remains unwavering. We're still the same team of outdoor enthusiasts who are excited to embark on new adventures alongside you.
